Cat A rose $226 to $5,116, its highest since December 2008 Round 2. Cat B fell $100 to $5,001. Cat E rose $282 to $5,982, its highest since December 2008 Round 2. Cat C rose $300 to $5,600, its highest since November 2008 Round 2. Cat D fell $46 to $912.
