Cat A rose $1,974 to $7,090, its highest since December 2008 Round 1. Cat B rose $2,500 to $7,501, its highest since November 2008 Round 1. Cat E rose $1,344 to $7,326, its highest since December 2008 Round 1. Cat C rose $1,702 to $7,302, its highest since November 2008 Round 1. Cat D rose $141 to $1,053, its highest since December 2008 Round 2.
