Cat A rose $430 to $4,890. Cat B rose $212 to $5,101, its highest since December 2008 Round 1. Cat E fell $189 to $5,700. Cat C rose $1,110 to $5,300, its highest since November 2008 Round 2. Cat D rose $157 to $958.
