Cat A rose $499 to $7,589, its highest since December 2008 Round 1. Cat B fell $11 to $7,490. Cat E rose $463 to $7,789, its highest since November 2008 Round 1. Cat C fell $692 to $6,610. Cat D fell $164 to $889.
