Cat A fell $115 to $55,997. Cat B rose $1,111 to $77,000, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $4,401 to $78,001, its highest since at least 2002. Cat C rose $3,792 to $40,803, its highest since at least 2002. Cat D fell $79 to $2,012.
