Cat A rose $5,823 to $56,112, its highest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $12,289 to $75,889, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $8,542 to $73,600, its highest since July 2011 Round 2. Cat C rose $4,210 to $37,011, its highest since at least 2002. Cat D rose $13 to $2,091.
