Cat A fell $1,110 to $54,887. Cat B rose $340 to $77,340, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E fell $2,112 to $75,889. Cat C fell $614 to $40,189. Cat D fell $123 to $1,889, its lowest since February 2011 Round 1.
