Cat A rose $1,209 to $12,899, its highest since October 2008 Round 1. Cat B rose $2,951 to $14,840, its highest since July 2008 Round 1. Cat E rose $2,199 to $15,100, its highest since July 2008 Round 1. Cat C rose $2,925 to $12,615, its highest since October 2008 Round 1. Cat D rose $12 to $901.
