Cat A rose $1,411 to $14,310, its highest since July 2008 Round 1. Cat B rose $1,961 to $16,801, its highest since May 2008 Round 2. Cat E rose $2,401 to $17,501, its highest since April 2008 Round 2. Cat C rose $4,273 to $16,888, its highest since April 2008 Round 2. Cat D fell $1 to $900.
