Second bidding exercise of October 2006
Cat A fell $1,491 to $10,510, its lowest since July 2006 Round 1. Cat B rose $488 to $12,989. Cat E fell $395 to $12,605, its lowest since July 2006 Round 2. Cat C fell $9,202 to $2,001, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat D rose $101 to $1,102, its highest since at least 2002.
