Cat A fell $290 to $12,689. Cat B rose $698 to $14,509. Cat E rose $345 to $14,501. Cat C fell $2,666 to $1,003, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat D fell $499 to $702, its lowest since March 2006 Round 1.
