Cat A rose $7,402 to $12,602, its highest since November 2006 Round 2. Cat B rose $7,500 to $13,502, its highest since December 2006 Round 1. Cat E rose $1,397 to $13,201. Cat C was unchanged at $1. Cat D rose $63 to $964.
