Cat A rose $699 to $53,000. Cat B rose $1,419 to $57,508, its highest since December 2015 Round 1. Cat E rose $1,499 to $57,501, its highest since December 2015 Round 2. Cat C rose $2,001 to $49,890, its highest since July 2015 Round 2. Cat D rose $290 to $6,302.
