First bidding exercise of February 2009
Cat A fell $1,673 to $1,020. Cat B rose $489 to $689. Cat E fell $200 to $3,000, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat C fell $310 to $2,590, its lowest since March 2007 Round 2. Cat D fell $199 to $701, its lowest since March 2006 Round 1.
