Cat A rose $4,504 to $31,003, its highest since October 2002 Round 1. Cat B rose $8,629 to $33,657, its highest since May 2002 Round 2. Cat E rose $6,485 to $33,901, its highest since June 2002 Round 1. Cat C rose $676 to $12,586. Cat D was unchanged at $1.
