Cat A fell $1,475 to $46,129. Cat B rose $9,499 to $72,001, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $11,202 to $76,102, its highest since at least 2002. Cat C rose $1,500 to $33,501, its highest since April 2010 Round 2. Cat D fell $150 to $1,551.
