Cat A rose $8,604 to $47,604, its highest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $14,612 to $62,502, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $15,010 to $64,900, its highest since at least 2002. Cat C rose $799 to $32,001, its highest since September 2010 Round 1. Cat D rose $199 to $1,701, its highest since January 2010 Round 2.
