Cat A fell $3 to $11,901. Cat B fell $154 to $13,402. Cat E fell $388 to $13,301. Cat C rose $1,459 to $10,059, its highest since May 2004 Round 2. Cat D rose $62 to $851, its highest since March 2005 Round 1.
