Cat A rose $5,708 to $52,709, its highest since August 2016 Round 2. Cat B rose $10,010 to $80,210, its highest since April 2014 Round 1. Cat E rose $12,244 to $85,000, its highest since November 2013 Round 1. Cat C rose $1,611 to $40,501. Cat D rose $258 to $9,310.
