Cat A fell $495 to $22,001, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat B fell $1,001 to $20,300, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $201 to $21,999. Cat C fell $794 to $5,001, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat D fell $40 to $611.
