Cat A fell $1,601 to $62,600. Cat B rose $1,050 to $92,050, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E fell $3,020 to $88,990. Cat C rose $964 to $58,553, its highest since at least 2002. Cat D rose $97 to $2,021, its highest since October 2011 Round 2.
