Cat A rose $1,796 to $31,095, its highest since October 2002 Round 1. Cat B rose $2,811 to $31,400, its highest since February 2003 Round 1. Cat E rose $2,262 to $31,800, its highest since February 2003 Round 1. Cat C fell $179 to $10,710. Cat D rose $118 to $351, its highest since May 2002 Round 1.
