Cat A fell $50 to $56,501. Cat B rose $2,699 to $82,003, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $3,220 to $80,101, its highest since at least 2002. Cat C rose $1,502 to $51,511. Cat D rose $510 to $2,000.
