Cat A rose $2,495 to $20,654, its highest since December 2004 Round 1. Cat B rose $4,819 to $21,710, its highest since October 2004 Round 2. Cat E rose $4,000 to $21,999, its highest since December 2004 Round 1. Cat C rose $2,091 to $6,590, its highest since September 2004 Round 2. Cat D rose $339 to $851, its highest since June 2004 Round 1.
