Cat A rose $2,462 to $67,301, its highest since March 2013 Round 1. Cat B rose $7,696 to $75,000, its highest since February 2013 Round 2. Cat E rose $9,299 to $76,000, its highest since February 2013 Round 2. Cat C rose $1,100 to $57,989. Cat D rose $38 to $1,701.
