Cat A rose $6,401 to $53,390, its highest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $6,700 to $63,000, its highest since January 2011 Round 1. Cat E rose $5,111 to $62,000, its highest since March 2011 Round 1. Cat C rose $6,017 to $29,006. Cat D rose $478 to $2,491.
