Cat A rose $5,745 to $55,989, its highest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $801 to $68,501, its highest since January 2011 Round 1. Cat E rose $3,321 to $68,811, its highest since January 2011 Round 1. Cat C rose $1,501 to $32,590, its highest since January 2011 Round 1. Cat D rose $70 to $2,360.
