Cat A rose $6,661 to $36,162, its highest since April 2002 Round 1. Cat B rose $6,980 to $42,889, its highest since April 2010 Round 1. Cat E rose $2,555 to $43,565, its highest since April 2010 Round 1. Cat C fell $788 to $30,601. Cat D fell $30 to $1,290.
