Cat A rose $1,999 to $20,501, its highest since March 2005 Round 1. Cat B rose $3,210 to $22,400, its highest since October 2004 Round 2. Cat E rose $2,010 to $21,899, its highest since March 2005 Round 1. Cat C rose $1,089 to $20,090, its highest since October 2009 Round 1. Cat D rose $19,201 to $20,090, its highest since at least 2002.
