Cat A rose $1,101 to $19,501. Cat B rose $5,500 to $19,502. Cat E fell $293 to $19,002, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat C rose $479 to $4,189. Cat D fell $41 to $511, its lowest since March 2004 Round 2.
