Cat A rose $5,637 to $77,201, its highest since October 2013 Round 1. Cat B rose $3,304 to $78,604. Cat E rose $1,997 to $79,000. Cat C rose $1,888 to $52,890, its highest since November 2013 Round 2. Cat D rose $450 to $3,501, its highest since January 2010 Round 2.
