Cat A rose $4,200 to $57,009, its highest since at least 2002. Cat B rose $4,299 to $78,189, its highest since at least 2002. Cat E rose $4,199 to $78,000, its highest since November 2011 Round 1. Cat C rose $2,203 to $52,004, its highest since at least 2002. Cat D rose $210 to $2,012, its highest since November 2011 Round 1.
