Second bidding exercise of December 2008
Cat A fell $1,521 to $6,200. Cat B fell $3,845 to $2,656, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat E fell $1,080 to $6,509, its lowest since at least 2002. Cat C fell $1,211 to $4,001, its lowest since July 2007 Round 2. Cat D fell $43 to $1,059.
